End consumer (B2C) can return products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

All Winthera products come with a standard warranty of 2 years.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, malfunctioning components, and performance issues under normal use. Damage from misuse or improper installation is not covered.

Yes! All Winthera systems are designed for easy setup — just fill with water, connect to power, and you’re ready to go. Setup takes about 15 minutes.

No fixed plumbing is required. Each product includes a manual drainage valve. For frequent use, we recommend a nearby drain or hose outlet.

Basic maintenance includes:

• Regular water changes
• Rinsing or replacing filters every few weeks (depending on usage intensity)
